A company built for the long run

Vermeeren & Van Haute was founded by Bruno Vermeeren and Bert Van Haute. What brings us together is the belief that a business is at its strongest when it rests on a clear structure and is built with patience.

That belief also shapes how we invest. To structure capital, build value and manage risk, we deliberately spread across six domains: automated trading, Class A funds, an internationally spread real estate portfolio, commodities, private equity and private debt. No single domain carries the whole.

We also support cooperative enterprises, from articles of association to a working organisation, through coopr.club.

We deliberately work on a small scale and in person. Every collaboration starts with a conversation, and our fees are agreed transparently in advance.
