On 6 October 2026, Vermeeren & Van Haute acquired Groeikwartier BV. It is a first, deliberate step in building out our activities: alongside the founders’ own management companies, we now also have an official Belgian company.
Structure from the ground up
For us, structure starts with the foundation. A company of our own, with a clear legal form, a fixed registered office and transparent accounts, makes it clear who we are and how we work. That gives certainty to everyone we work with: partners, entrepreneurs and public authorities.
Locally rooted
The company will have its home base in Melsele (Beveren). That local anchoring matters to us: we build from a familiar environment, close to the people and businesses we work with. From there, we look further step by step, across borders too.
